Hello my love! Let me introduce myself.. so my name is Beckie, I’m a personal trainer, body transformation and lifestyle coach and let’s just say my journey to where I am now hasn’t been too straight forward! From being an international athlete, to having my whole career taken away from me due to major injuries, to then taking the bikini competition route, to then having a terrible relationship with food whilst having severe IBS my entire life to now being the healthiest, happiest and most confident I have EVER been – lets just say it was a rocky road but hey, it got me to where I am today and certainly taught me thing or two!

Yes! You’re already a step ahead! I have IBS myself with an intolerance to nearly all of the above so I totally understand what it’s like and you’ll be surprised that nearly all wholefoods included in my meal plans don’t contain any of the above as from past experience A LOT of women suffer from IBS type symptoms after eating ‘risky’ foods, so staying healthy within these guidelines is simple.
This is complete personal preference. Advise is given within the #BBBHUB but absolutely nothing is mandatory to get amazing results.
Both! The phrases ‘get toned’ and ‘lose weight’ are ones I hear day in day out. However, most don’t understand that this actually directly means ‘gain muscle’ and ‘lose fat’. Whatever your goal, I’ve got you covered!
This is no short term, unhealthy fad diet, and this certainly isn’t a WEIGHT loss programme. The goal here is to increase healthy weight (lean muscle) and reduce body fat, whilst staying happy, igniting your confidence and and so there will be zero rebounding and as much enjoyment as humanly possible. Stick to the programme and you can feel results in less than a week. Stick to it sustainable and notice visible results in less than 3 weeks!
You’re never too old to improve your health and fitness. As you can see from the success stories on the ‘Before & Afters’ page, we have women from ages 17 up to their 40’s, and this is just a few from the thousands of women I have worked with in the past. I have achieved results with women of all ages and stress that no matter how old you are, there is no limitations to where your health and fitness can grow to. Take my Nan for example, she’s 92 and still plays badminton, does Tai-Chi and takes dance classes! (My inspiration). However, get clearance from your doctor before changing your diet or starting any exercise program.
