Yes! You’re already a step ahead! I have IBS myself with an intolerance to nearly all of the above so I totally understand what it’s like and you’ll be surprised that nearly all wholefoods included in my meal plans don’t contain any of the above as from past experience A LOT of women suffer from IBS type symptoms after eating ‘risky’ foods, so staying healthy within these guidelines is simple.

Both! The phrases ‘get toned’ and ‘lose weight’ are ones I hear day in day out. However, most don’t understand that this actually directly means ‘gain muscle’ and ‘lose fat’. Whatever your goal, I’ve got you covered!
This is no short term, unhealthy fad diet, and this certainly isn’t a WEIGHT loss programme. The goal here is to increase healthy weight (lean muscle) and reduce body fat, whilst staying happy, igniting your confidence and and so there will be zero rebounding and as much enjoyment as humanly possible. Stick to the programme and you can feel results in less than a week. Stick to it sustainable and notice visible results in less than 3 weeks!
You’re never too old to improve your health and fitness. As you can see from the success stories on the ‘Before & Afters’ page, we have women from ages 17 up to their 40’s, and this is just a few from the thousands of women I have worked with in the past.
