This person had a break from dance for a little while and came back in June, and my goodness she came back with a bang!
She is one of the most focused and determined dancers I’ve ever come across. No she isn’t the loudest in the room verbally, but physically, she shines and shines and shines – brighter and brighter every single class. Every single piece of advice I give in class, she takes on board straight away and adds it to her performance without saying a word.
She makes every routine her own because what she doesn’t speak out in words, she acts out in dance, and always adds her own story to ALL of our choreography so far. It’s the story telling that holds everyone else in the room on lock down when she’s performing. She listens to EVERY LITTLE THING I have ever even skimmed across in class, making it so clear that she is there because she WANTS to improve. Girl, you have no idea how amazing you are and how proud we are of you week after week. Trust me, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
It is a pleasure to see you improve and grow as not only a dancer but as a person too. Congratulations to as one of the kindest souls around. You really are a huge asset to THE ARMY DC.
Keep on killing it every week little Em! We are so happy to have you back as part of THE ARMY DC family! Not to mention being scouted for Pro-Team with no audition a second time around. Your potential is unstoppable and we’ve got your back every step of the way!
