Honesty hour… it’s RARE to find a dance company with dancers who GENUINELY want to see other people succeed, to say the least. It’s RARE to find a dance company where EVERY SINGLE PERSON is noticed and is helped by not only the teacher, but by other students too. It’s RARE to find a dance company where we go at the pace EVERYONE is happy with. We know joining a dance school can be daunting, but we are not the same.. and we want to leave you with these promises. We are WAY more than a dance company, we are ONE BIG CRAZY FAMILY with classes for people that want to be PROFESSIONAL as well as to dance purely for FUN! We have something for you all and project our passion for making you feel amazing, and truly love your reflection on and off the dance class.

It does not matter how old you are, your size, your past or ANYTHING ELSE. Not only do we work on dance technique, but we also work on self confidence, self love and building a bulletproof mindset. THE ARMY DC is your safe space – to laugh or to cry.

Never ALONE– When you first walk into the studio you are always greeted with the biggest smile. At the start of all classes, ALL new people will be introduced in all kinds of crazy ways (I won’t give too much away!). Everybody in the company is so lovely and so caring. By this I mean you will never feel like you are alone in that room, you will make friends in your first class! People are always helping you! NO teachers here at THE ARMY DC by any means have ANY favourites! As you’ll see for yourself in class, everyone really does make friends for life so quickly because of the generous and honest atmosphere in our classes. There is no bitchiness, competition or negativity in THE ARMY DC classes. I will not allow anyone to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or anxious in classes and my lot know… if I see an eye-roll or an ounce of bitterness, trust me when I say you’ll never see it again lol (they’ll no longer be a part of us). I seriously mean that.

Always REMEMBERED- Our classes are like no other! It feels like every class is a party even when we are training hard! If you are coming to class to train to be a professional dancer or if you are coming to class just for fun, I am telling you now, it is an unforgettable experience. Our members have made friends for life. Dance friends are friends forever! Having friends that enjoy the same hobby as you are a blessing. You will always remember the growth within yourself, from the day you joined to now. All the staff here at The Army DC will give you that experience in dance that you will not get anywhere else!

Untouchable MINDSET- A huge part of US is that we understand YOU. We truly do everything in our power to improve the livelihoods of every single person that walks through our studio doors. With my knowledge and experience in mindset coaching and personal training (my old profession before dancing full time!), I’ve used this naturally to create the most unique and special family. My priority is for you to leave the room feeling 100% better than you did when you first walked in and if anyone ever didn’t feel this, trust me, I’d do everything in my power to change that, either 1-1 or as a team.

Do YOU- All we ask from you is to be yourself! It’s so important to us for you not to feel like you have to be someone else when you come to dance. We grow more as people and dancers by being in a safe, supportive and exciting environment filled with positive energy, where you actually have the freedom to express yourself and openly be you. We work on your self-confidence, self-love and mindset through our teaching. Do you think you are crazy??? You haven’t met us! All we ask for is POSITIVE ENERGY! Everyone has the biggest smile on their face every single class. We will not let you leave the room without feeling good about yourself!
