Last nights contemporary workshop was absolutely crazy… the room was filled with so many different emotions, there were nerves, excitement, support, encouragement and love.
Last night was so special. Every single one of you opened up. Not just to me, but to each other. We spent an entire hour just speaking about mindset, and I can honestly say, I have NEVER seen you guys perform as well as you all did. You are seriously all amazing.
You just let it all out, you supported each other, and you all grew SO much closer. That is exactly what THE ARMY DC is about. We FAMILY.?
Before filming, I asked every single person what they had learnt and what they will take away from class. Reflection is so important, it helps you to remember that you are certainly not on your own and that we all get nervous (especially for filming!).
THANK YOU SOO MUCH to everyone who came to our final class of 2018 and just gave it there all, you smashed it!
I really hope you all took something away from that class not just physically but mentally (I know I did!), and I hope you feel empowered, inspired and ready for ANYTHING in 2019.
